Situated in the picturesque village of Bratton Fleming on the edge of Exmoor and part of the The West Country Way cycle route its the perfect place to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside.

Franklyn House is reputed to be the oldest house in Bratton Fleming. Situated in the centre of the village its just a short walk to the local pub, shop and church.

The self contained double en-suite room is part of our family home but has its own private entrance...so you can come and go as you please.
